1. Free 24-Hour Cancellation Guarantee
Emarat Tourism offers a 100% full refund guarantee for any tour or excursion cancelled 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled hotel pickup time. No cancellation fees or administrative penalties apply.
2. Cancellations Within 24 Hours & No-Shows
Cancellations requested less than 24 hours prior to pickup or hotel lobby no-shows are non-refundable. This policy is strictly enforced due to non-recoverable vehicle seat allocations, guide reservations, and camp catering commitments.
3. Weather & Safety Cancellations
If Emarat Tourism cancels a tour due to severe sandstorms, extreme weather advisories, flash floods, or Coast Guard maritime warnings, guests will be offered a free date rescheduling or a 100% full refund immediately.
4. Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment card or bank account within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your financial institution's processing cycle.
5. Flexible Tour Rescheduling
Guests may request a date change up to 12 hours prior to departure without incurring any extra fee, subject to vehicle seat and tour guide availability.
