Terms of Service
Last Updated: August 2026 • Official UAE Operational Document
1. Agreement & Acceptance of Terms
By booking, reserving, or participating in any desert safari, dune buggy tour, quad biking trail, city sightseeing excursion, or waterfront dinner cruise operated by Emarat Tourism UAE, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all guests, group organizers, and ticket holders.
2. Booking, Pricing & Instant Confirmation
All tour prices are quoted in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and include applicable local municipal fees and taxes. Bookings are confirmed upon issuance of an official Emarat Tourism voucher delivered via email or WhatsApp. Prices are subject to availability and seasonal adjustments prior to booking confirmation.
3. Participant Responsibilities & Safety Compliance
Guests must strictly adhere to all safety instructions provided by licensed desert drivers, buggy marshals, and vessel captains. Consumption of alcohol or controlled substances prior to operating self-drive dune buggies or quad bikes is strictly prohibited under UAE law. Protective helmets, dust goggles, and 4-point racing harnesses must be worn where mandated.
4. Self-Drive Buggy & Quad Bike Operations
Riders participating in self-drive Can-Am or Polaris dune buggies must be at least 16 years of age and present a valid original passport or Emirates ID. Drivers are responsible for operating vehicles within designated desert tracks following the lead marshal vehicle. Intentional reckless driving outside designated boundaries may incur security deposit forfeitures.
5. Health, Medical & Age Restrictions
Dune bashing, high-speed quad riding, and intense off-road activities are not recommended for pregnant guests or individuals with severe back, neck, or cardiac conditions. Guests are responsible for assessing their personal physical fitness before participating. Smooth desert camp transfers and scenic sunset drives are available upon request.
6. Force Majeure & Adverse Weather Protocols
Emarat Tourism reserves the right to modify dune routes, adjust departure schedules, or reschedule tours in the event of severe weather conditions, sandstorms, heavy rain, high maritime winds, or government-issued safety advisories. In such cases, guests may reschedule without penalty or receive a full 100% refund.
7. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
Emarat Tourism operates under full commercial licensing by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET). To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Emarat Tourism shall not be liable for personal property loss or minor personal incidents arising from non-compliance with safety instructions. These terms are governed by the laws of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates.
